Terms of Service

These terms apply to Magnolia Fencing LLC (“Magnolia Fencing,” “we,” “us”) and to anyone using this website or receiving messages from us.

Estimates and work

Requesting an estimate does not create a contract. Prices quoted before we see the property are estimates, and the written estimate we give you after measuring is the one that governs. Work begins only once you accept that written estimate.

Text messaging program

What we send. Messages about your fence project — scheduling, updates while the work is underway, and a request for a Google review once the job is finished. If you separately opted in, occasional seasonal offers.

How you join. By ticking the consent box on a form at noliafence.com or on the written estimate you sign. The box is never pre-checked, and we do not add anyone who did not tick it.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your carrier — we do not charge for messages.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP, or call (540) 200-8007, for help.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the providers who deliver the messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
