Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Magnolia Fencing LLC (“Magnolia Fencing,” “we,” “us”) does with information you give us and information we collect automatically when you use noliafence.com. If anything here is unclear, call us at (540) 200-8007 and we’ll explain it in plain terms.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, and details about the work you’re considering — fence type, project scope, and timeline. We also record whether you agreed to be contacted, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed.

Information collected automatically. Pages you visit, how you arrived (including advertising click identifiers), your approximate location based on IP address, and general device and browser information.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers or government identification through this site.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your estimate, and to schedule and complete your project.
• To contact you about work we are doing or have done for you.
• To ask for a review after a completed job, and — only if you separately opted in — to send occasional seasonal offers.
• To measure which advertising and pages actually produce customers, so we spend less on what doesn’t.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Magnolia Fencing about your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with anyone. Your number is used by Magnolia Fencing to communicate with you, and is shared only with the service providers who help us deliver those messages, described below.

Marketing texts are separate and optional. Agreeing to messages about your project does not sign you up for promotional messages. Promotional messages require their own opt-in, and declining them never affects your estimate, your price, or your project.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (540) 200-8007. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of phone calls or email; ask us and we’ll stop those too.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only so they can perform that work for us:

• Customer and lead management. The system that holds your request so it doesn’t get lost between the website and a scheduled estimate.
• Email and text messaging providers. The services that actually deliver our emails and text messages to you.
• Analytics and advertising. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta advertising pixel, which tell us how people find and use the site and whether our ads are working.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our crew, or the public.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers who deliver the messages on our behalf. See also our Terms of Service.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement will be incomplete. You can opt out of Google’s advertising cookies through Google’s Ads Settings, and adjust ad preferences on Meta platforms through your account settings there.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we have a business reason to — warranty questions and repeat work often come years later — and as long as tax and business records law requires. Records of text messaging consent are kept for as long as we may need to show that consent was given.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (540) 200-8007 or email michael@noliafence.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, and we’ll tell you if that applies.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t promise absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll update the effective date above. Material changes to how we use your information will be posted on this page before they take effect.
