Black Aluminum Fence in Daleville, VA

This black aluminum fence wraps the backyard of a home in Ashley Plantation in Daleville, VA. The homeowners wanted a secure, clearly defined yard without blocking the long views across the valley and up to the mountains.

Aluminum was the natural fit: the slim black pickets almost disappear against the landscape, so the fence frames the view instead of fighting it. It follows the slope of the yard, won’t rust, and needs next to no upkeep.
